Update
We now have all our wedding photos online at flickr.
Feel free to download and print them for personal, non-commercial use! Credit goes to Minyan Zhu for shooting our wedding and allowing us to have access to the full res images.
I can recommend Adorama for printing. But there are also other services directly linked from Flickr that can be used (I haven’t tried them yet though). Also, it seems blurb seems like an interesting option for photobooks. Let me know how you fare with any of these services.
